The electronic truck scale consists of a weighing platform (selected based on the maximum vehicle length specified by the user), standard YAZHEN analog bridge-type load cells (with the number determined according to the weighing platform configuration), a waterproof junction box, a YAZHEN HD display specifically designed for truck scales, and a 30-meter standard shielded signal cable.
If users have requirements for data management and multi-part receipt printing, dedicated weighing software, receipt printers, large-screen displays, and other auxiliary configurations can be deployed to meet these needs. These solutions can be deeply integrated into production process monitoring and enterprise-wide comprehensive data system management, thereby satisfying modern weighing management requirements.

The basic structure can be configured as either a shallow excavation type or an above-ground type, depending on the site conditions.

Precautions for Product Use: Vehicle Scale Section
1. Usage and Operation:
This product must not be overloaded.
Maintain proper weighing practices during operation. Vehicles being weighed should approach the scale at a steady speed of 5 km/h and enter the platform smoothly and evenly. Avoid aggressive driving behaviors such as rapid acceleration onto the scale or sudden braking, as these can lead to inaccurate weight readings and reduce the service life of the truck scale.
2. Operating environment:
Given the potential threat of rodent damage in many application environments, some sections of the signal cables on electronic bench scales are exposed; therefore, rigorous rodent-proofing measures are essential.
Ensure a firm, smooth, and level concrete pavement.
Do not install the weighing instrument in locations with high voltage or strong electromagnetic interference, and do not operate it in environments subject to severe electromagnetic interference or significant vibration.
3. Maintenance and Servicing:
When the weighing display controller is not used for an extended period (e.g., more than one month), it should be powered on and inspected in accordance with the ambient conditions to prevent moisture ingress or exposure to other corrosive gases from compromising its reliability.
Arc welding is prohibited on the vehicle scale platform. If arc welding must be performed on the scale platform, please note the following: disconnect the signal cable from the weighing indicator; the grounding lead for arc welding must be routed close to the weld area and make firm contact with the scale structure; under no circumstances shall the load cells be used as part of the arc-welding circuit.
Regularly clean debris from the sensor, and periodically lubricate the load-bearing steel balls with grease to prevent rusting or jamming, which could lead to inaccurate weighing or erratic readings.
Regularly clean dirt off the weighing platform, and watch out for hard stones on the scale surface when weighing.
Regularly inspect whether the limit clearance is appropriate and whether the scale body is in contact with or colliding against other objects.
Regularly inspect drainage pipes for blockages to ensure proper drainage.
Do not strike the scale platform forcefully with hard objects.
Do not use flammable materials to clean the instrument. The use of strong solvents to clean the instrument is strictly prohibited.
If the weighing display of an electronic truck scale malfunctions, immediately disconnect the power supply. If the cause of the power failure cannot be accurately determined, notify our company’s qualified engineers for inspection and troubleshooting. Users must not disassemble the equipment casing at will, nor replace internal components without authorization.
