    Aluminum-specific cutting tools from Germany’s Rebo IMC are CNC-machined to ensure the strength, precision, and consistency of weighing plates. The sensors boast a long service life and can withstand millions of impact cycles.

    Weighing plates come in a wide variety of specifications and models, enabling them to meet the needs of different vehicles.

    Single-plate capacity: 5t to 35t optional; the weighing plate features robust overload capacity, with a safe overload limit of 120% and an ultimate overload limit of 150%.

    Easy to use, region-independent, and suitable for both dynamic and static applications.

    No special foundation pouring is required—simply place it on a hardened surface and it’s ready for use.

    The weighing body has strong environmental adaptability and has been tested by high- and low-temperature testing equipment before leaving the factory. It can be used normally under temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C.

    The instrument boasts powerful functionality and a wealth of peripheral interfaces. It supports 4G online upgrades, an automatic vehicle recognition system, and internal software connectivity for enterprises. It comes with multiple vehicle axle type options and is available in a variety of language versions.

    Luxury-grade formulation, ultra-high precision

    Static accuracy: ±0.1% F.S.; dynamic accuracy: ±2% to ±3% F.S. (with an additional rubber transition plate paired with the coupling, even higher accuracy can be achieved).

    Using strain gauges manufactured by Germany’s HBM company, we have independently developed and produced high-precision sensors with excellent high- and low-temperature performance. When used with matching weighing platforms, these sensors offer rapid data response and high accuracy. The wiring connections employ flexible technology, ensuring reliability, pressure resistance, and strong shock resistance.

    The YP-Dynamic dynamic weighing algorithm and the YP. Static static weighing algorithm, developed by R&D teams at U.S. universities, are paired with custom-designed, high-frequency electronic components for weighing, achieving overall ultra-high precision.
