WPS Series Single-Roller Electronic Belt Scale
The Shanghai Yajin WPS series single-idler electronic belt scale employs a suspended weighing frame. The entire weighing frame is supported by four sensors. Since this design lacks a fixed fulcrum, it avoids fulcrum errors and is less affected by the position of the material being weighed, thereby significantly improving the accuracy of the scale. The single-idler belt scale features a rectangular steel structure design, which, compared to channel steel structures, offers advantages such as a smaller dust-collection area, greater strength and rigidity, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The Shanghai Yajin WPS series single-roller electronic belt scale employs a suspended weighing frame. The entire weighing frame is supported by four sensors. Since this design lacks a fixed fulcrum, it avoids fulcrum errors and is less affected by the position of the material being weighed, thereby significantly improving the scale’s measurement accuracy. The single-roller belt scale features a rectangular steel structure design, which, compared to channel steel structures, offers advantages such as a smaller dust-collection area, greater strength and rigidity, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
It is used in belt conveyor measurement applications at docks, mines, chemical plants, factories, and other similar sites. Therefore, this electronic belt scale is also known as a mining belt scale or a mine-use electronic belt scale.

It features multiple calibration and inspection functions, including physical calibration, chain-code calibration, hanging-weight calibration, and electronic calibration.
● Multiple metering modes
The instrument features multiple operating modes, including belt scale for counting, belt scale for batching, fixed-belt scale, and variable-angle belt scale, enabling it to meet users’ diverse measurement and control requirements.
● Run event log
Records various events related to equipment operating conditions and instrument operation actions, allowing you to query the date and time of historical events at any time.
● Comprehensive communication interface
It features optional communication interfaces including RS232, RS485, ProfiBus, CAN, DeviceNet, and Ethernet. All these interfaces adopt open standard communication protocols, enabling direct integration into other monitoring networks and compatibility with a wide range of industrial configuration software that displays data in bar graph format.
