The FWS-30T1 liquid quantitative filling scale is a device used for the automatic weighing and packaging of liquid materials in industries such as chemical, grain, and pesticide production. It employs a highly precise, all-electronic weight detection method to measure and control the automatic, quantitative filling of raw material drums. With its high degree of automation, this system minimizes material spillage, prevents contamination of the environment by the materials themselves, and effectively protects operators from occupational hazards. Moreover, the system can operate reliably in humid, hazardous, or other adverse environments.

This product offers two types of filling process control: liquid-level type and submersible type. For general-purpose materials that do not produce foam, the liquid-level filling method is used; for materials that tend to foam, the submersible filling method is employed. In this method, the feed inlet remains below the liquid surface and rises along with the liquid level, effectively preventing bubble formation, material overflow, and accelerating the filling speed. The spray gun designs are available in two models: FA for high-viscosity materials and FB for low-viscosity materials. Both feature a unique clamp-type connection structure that makes them easy to disassemble and clean, making them suitable for filling materials of various viscosities. The filling scale consists primarily of a spray gun assembly, a system controller, an all-electronic weighing platform, mechanical structural components, and a conveyor roller system. It boasts a compact and rational design, stable and reliable operation, and simple installation and operation procedures. Moreover, it can be readily adjusted to suit different site conditions and production capacities, fully meeting user requirements.

The FWS-30T1 liquid quantitative filling scale is a semi-automatic liquid filling scale. This series features either overfilling or underfilling methods. Its uniquely designed spray gun assembly is easy to operate, ensuring fast and precise filling while minimizing residual liquid dripping at the end of the filling process. During filling, the operator simply moves the container so that its filling port aligns with the spray gun nozzle and presses the “Start” button. The spray gun then automatically descends, the empty container is automatically tared, and the filling process proceeds precisely in two speed stages, guaranteeing high filling accuracy. Once filling is complete, the spray gun automatically rises, the filled container is moved away, and a single filling cycle comes to an end.

    Scope of application

The liquid filling scale precisely dispenses large quantities of bulk liquid materials by weight into various containers, iron drums, or plastic buckets. It is designed for automatic, quantitative filling of drums ranging from 1L to 30L and is widely used in industries related to liquid materials, such as chemical, grain, and pesticide processing. It is suitable for products including coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, curing agents, resins, dyes, cleaning agents, motor oils, glycerin, lubricants, edible oils, fragrances, solvents, additives, food additives, pesticides, and other hazardous chemical products.

    Functional Features

Product Settings – Store up to 10 different product weight setpoints and their associated filling parameters.

Data statistics—includes cumulative weight and cumulative count; can be connected to a computer for data management (optional).

Multi-stage filling—can be configured in two stages (fast/slow) or three stages (slow/fast/slow), significantly improving filling accuracy.

Flow restriction device—effectively prevents splashing caused by high initial pumping pressure when filling low-viscosity products.

Drip-proof—The high-viscosity spray gun addresses dripping issues during the filling of high-viscosity products, while the low-viscosity spray gun features an automatic oil-drip cup and a gas-collection hood.

Barrel-impact protection—prevents damage caused by misalignment of the barrel opening when the spray gun is lowered.

Quick replacement—All connections in the conveying pipeline use quick-connect fittings, making it easy to quickly change spray guns.

Filling nozzle—The corresponding filling nozzle can be easily replaced according to the caliber of different containers, making the operation process convenient (optional).

Automatic hole alignment—many filling ports on cylindrical containers feature eccentric holes. This technology can address the inconvenience of manual hole alignment (optional).

Filling Mode – The filling mode is designed to support top-fill, inner-fill at the bucket opening, and sub-surface filling. Users can control the spray gun’s lifting speed to accommodate products with varying foam levels (optional).

Solid construction—parts in direct contact with the material are made of 316 stainless steel, while the remaining components are made of 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials.

Interlocking Safety – Various process interlocks ensure safe operation.

Easy to operate—the filling system is easy to learn and use.

Flexible Design—Offering various equipment configurations and optional accessories tailored to the characteristics of on-site raw materials and container sizes, with a compact structure.

Easy to install—simply secure the equipment to the ground using expansion bolts, connect the material pipeline, power supply, and air source, and you’re ready to start filling.
