The YJ-ICS-14 electronic belt scale features a fully suspended weighing bridge, offering high weighing accuracy with a dynamic cumulative error of less than ±0.125%. Working principle
The YJ-ICS-14 electronic speed-regulating belt scale transmits both the weight signal of the material on the belt and the belt’s running speed signal to a microprocessor controller, which automatically calculates the instantaneous flow rate of the material. By continuously comparing the set flow rate with the actual instantaneous flow rate of the material, the controller adjusts the belt’s running speed to keep the actual material flow rate consistently at the set value.
