    The FWS-30H2A fully automatic liquid quantitative filling scale is a device used in industries such as chemical, grain, and pesticide production for the automated weighing and packaging of liquid materials. It employs a highly precise, all-electronic weight detection method to accurately measure and control the automatic quantitative filling of raw material barrels. With its high degree of automation, this system minimizes material spillage, effectively prevents environmental contamination caused by the materials themselves, and provides effective labor protection for operators. Moreover, the system can operate reliably in humid, hazardous, or other adverse environments.

    This product offers two types of filling process control: liquid-level type and submersible type. For general-purpose materials that do not produce foam, the liquid-level filling method is used; for materials that tend to foam, the submersible filling method is employed. In this method, the feed inlet remains below the liquid surface and rises along with the liquid level, effectively preventing bubble formation, material overflow, and accelerating the filling speed. The spray gun designs are available in two models: FA for high-viscosity materials and FB for low-viscosity materials. Both feature a unique clamp-type connection structure that makes them easy to disassemble and clean, making them suitable for filling materials of various viscosities. The automatic filling unit is equipped with an automatic metering device that, according to pre-set standards, directly fills the incoming packaging buckets through the filling nozzle with the exact quantity of material. Once filled, the buckets are accurately conveyed under an automatic capping machine. Using a robotic arm, the capping machine picks up one bucket cap at a time and places it precisely onto the filled bucket. Immediately afterward, the automatic sealing machine engages in coordinated motion to firmly press and seal the bucket cap onto the filled container, thus completing one filling cycle.

Once the buckets are filled, they are conveyed via the powered conveyor belt to the next processing stage.

    3. Automatically sort and place lids, then seal each one individually.

    The filled barrels are accurately conveyed beneath the automatic capping machine. The capping machine, using robotic arms, picks up one barrel cap at a time and precisely places it onto the filled barrel. Immediately afterward, the automatic sealing machine synchronizes its movements to firmly press the cap onto the filled barrel, thereby sealing it securely.

    4. Automatic stacking and placement onto pallets.

    The filled packaging drums are sealed and packaged, then conveyed to the automatic stacking machine. The automatic stacking machine uses a specialized robotic arm to precisely pick up the full packaging drums and place them onto pre-set pallets. Once the number of paint drums on a pallet reaches the specified quantity, the robotic arm automatically transports the pallet—now loaded with drums—to the designated location.
