The Yazhen ADF submersible liquid filling scale is a semi-automatic liquid filling scale. This series features either surface-level or submersible filling methods. Its specially designed spray nozzle assembly is easy to operate, ensuring fast and precise filling while minimizing residual liquid dripping at the end of the filling process. During filling, the operator simply moves the container so that its filling port aligns with the spray nozzle head and presses the “Start” button. The spray nozzle then automatically descends, the empty container is automatically tared, and the filling process proceeds precisely at two different speeds, guaranteeing high filling accuracy. Once filling is complete, the spray nozzle automatically rises, the filled container is moved away, and a single filling cycle comes to an end.
The liquid filling scale precisely dispenses large quantities of bulk liquid materials by weight into various containers, iron drums, or plastic buckets. It is designed for automatic, quantitative filling of drums ranging from 1L to 30L and is widely used in industries related to liquid materials, such as chemical, grain, and pesticide processing. It is suitable for products including coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, curing agents, resins, dyes, cleaning agents, motor oils, glycerin, lubricants, edible oils, fragrances, solvents, additives, food additives, pesticides, and other hazardous chemical products.
