The belt scale product primarily consists of a mine-use information transmission interface, a GZD300 weighing sensor, a GSD4 speed sensor, an intrinsically safe power supply, an ICS-XF intrinsically safe substation for mining applications, a line surge arrester, and an XK3208-A6 weighing display controller. Among these components, the mine-use information transmission interface, the communication line surge arrester, and the weighing display controller are located in the safety zone above ground, while all other components are situated underground in coal mines where explosive gases and dust are present.
Functions and Features of Mine Conveyor Belt Scales:
1. The mine belt scale is designed to withstand high-gas environments underground.
2. A multi-idler weighing frame structure is adopted to reduce boundary effect errors.
3. A suspended weighing frame is adopted, which reduces errors caused by uneven material loading and belt misalignment.
4. The frame of the explosion-proof belt scale for mining applications has been carefully machined and treated to minimize errors caused by variations in belt tension.
5. The sensor’s bridge excitation voltage is stabilized on-site, eliminating errors introduced by changes in line resistance due to temperature variations.
