    Applications for quantitative belt scales: It is suitable for batching and measuring bulk materials in industries such as power, chemical engineering, coal, coke production, mining, metallurgy, cement, and highway construction materials. With multiple feeding methods and capable of operating in harsh environmental conditions, it is an ideal metering device for achieving automated control and ensuring stable product quality.

    Working principle of the quantitative feeding belt scale: It mainly consists of a weighing bridge, pressure sensors, a speed-measuring vehicle, speed sensors, a mounting bracket, an amplifier, and a weighing instrument. As the conveyor belt transports materials, the weight of the materials is transmitted through the weighing frame to the pressure sensors. The instrument’s automatic processing system then converts the gravity signal and the speed signal into a weight signal and displays it accordingly.

    Structural features:

    ◇ The scale body frame is composed of cold-formed C-shaped steel plates, featuring a novel structure and high strength, making it suitable for designing non-standard scale bodies of various specifications.

    ◇ Integrated direct-drive reduction motor, manufactured using imported foreign technology, featuring low noise, low vibration, dust resistance, long service life, and high reliability.

    ◇ Speed-reducing motor with a reaction torque support plate, featuring a shaft-mounted structure. It is directly connected to the active roller of the weighing platform, making installation, commissioning, and maintenance convenient.

    ◇ Ring-shaped seamless belt, available in various designs according to process requirements: flat belt, baffle structure, and skirt-edge belt structure.

    ◇ A unique X-shaped guang-piece weighing mechanism ensures more uniform force distribution on the guang pieces, resulting in better linearity and repeatability.

    ◇ The design of the weak-magnetic-type gear tachometer, in conjunction with the speed-measuring circuit, accurately and reliably reflects the motor speed; the speed-sensing signal is precise and dependable.

    ◇ A unique belt anti-deviation device, modeled after the three-roller structure of Schenck scales, with freely adjustable tension rollers.

    ◇ The weighing body’s feeding device comes with a built-in support plate, which allows precise control of the feed quantity and sealing process, facilitating calibration and zeroing of the weighing body.
