The cylinder quantitative filling scale is an explosion-proof, intelligent weighing and filling device specifically designed for the precise filling of industrial gas cylinders containing liquefied petroleum gas, carbon dioxide, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid chlorine, and other gases. It integrates weighing and metering, automatic control, safety protection, and data management into a single system, and is widely used in gas filling stations across industries such as chemicals, gas supply, energy, and healthcare.
I. Operating Principle
Place the gas cylinder on the weighing platform; the load cell captures the weight signal, which is processed in real time by the smart instrument to automatically subtract the tare weight. When the preset filling quantity is reached, the system automatically actuates the pneumatic or solenoid valve to shut off the gas supply and simultaneously triggers an audible and visual alarm, ensuring closed-loop control throughout the entire process and preventing both overfilling and underfilling.
II. Core Structure
· Explosion-proof weighing platform: made of carbon steel or stainless steel, with V-shaped or U-shaped supports, compatible with steel cylinders ranging from Φ400 to Φ800, featuring anti-sway and impact-resistant design.
· Load cells: high-precision, explosion-proof and low-temperature models with excellent stability, suitable for flammable and explosive environments as well as low-temperature media.
· Intelligent control instrument: explosion-proof design, supporting parameter setting, real-time display, data storage, and communication for convenient operation.
· Pneumatic/ solenoid valve shut-off system: fast response and excellent sealing, ensuring filling accuracy and safety.
· Safety accessories: emergency stop button, audible and visual alarm, explosion-proof junction box, etc.
