Product Introduction
The three-layer buffer weighbridge features a three-layer weighing platform design. It is equipped with high-performance cushioning and shock-absorbing devices that effectively absorb the impact energy generated during loading, thereby preventing damage to the weighing platform during the measurement process. This model is specially designed for applications involving high-density weighing items and environments where the objects being measured exert significant impact forces on the weighing platform—for example, when using lifting equipment to handle and measure steel coils or paper rolls. This weighbridge boasts exceptional resistance to impact and fatigue, delivering superior performance.
The entire scale is made of reinforced carbon steel. It is equipped with high-precision shear-beam load cells. The scale body is fitted with a protective frame and protective bolts to ensure that the scale remains undamaged and properly positioned during the measurement process, even under impact loads.
By connecting the weighing display unit that is optionally available, the scale body can be used for measurement.Applicable scenarios for the product

Product Features

Product Usage Precautions: Weighbridge/Platform Scale Section
I. Usage and Operation
1. Maintain good weighing habits when using the scale. During the weighing process, try to place the goods in the center of the electronic weighbridge so that the four sensors on the weighbridge receive an even distribution of force. Never, for convenience, frequently weigh items from just one corner, as this can cause uneven stress on the sensors and shorten the lifespan of the electronic weighbridge.
2. When weighing, avoid overloading to ensure that the platform scale remains undamaged and the measurements remain accurate. Regularly clean away any debris around the sensors to prevent them from being obstructed, which could lead to inaccurate readings or erratic fluctuations in the displayed weight.
3. Arc welding on the weighing platform is prohibited. If arc welding must be performed on the weighing platform, please note: Disconnect the signal cable from the weigh display controller. The ground wire for arc welding must be placed near the welding area and securely connected to the weighing platform; under no circumstances should the sensor be used as part of the arc-welding circuit.
4. On the same phase line connected to the electronic weighbridge, inductive loads such as doorbells must not be connected.
5. When weighing, the scale should be placed on a level surface. Also, avoid contact, collisions, or vibrations with other objects to ensure accurate measurements.
6. Ensure all wiring connections are secure and regularly check whether the limit clearance is appropriate to guarantee normal operation.
II. Operating Environment
1. Pay attention to the humidity and dust levels in the operating environment. It is not recommended to leave electronic weighbridges exposed outdoors for extended periods—especially avoid exposing them to rain. Keep the operating environment dry, and during use, ensure that the electronic weighbridge is kept away from heat sources.
2. Since many application scenarios may be threatened by insects and rodents, the signal cables of electronic platform scales are exposed in certain areas; therefore, it is essential to take strict measures to prevent damage caused by insects and rodents.
3. In areas prone to frequent lightning strikes or during the thunderstorm season, it is essential to install reliable lightning arresters or other effective lightning protection measures. Both sensors and instruments are electrostatically sensitive devices, and therefore, thorough electrostatic discharge prevention measures must be implemented during their use.
III. Maintenance and Care
1. When the weighing display controller is not used for an extended period (e.g., more than one month), it should be powered on periodically according to environmental conditions to prevent moisture or other harmful gases from compromising its reliability. 2. Avoid contact with corrosive substances to extend the service life. For non-waterproof platform scales, ensure that sensors, junction boxes, and other components are kept dry to avoid damage or interference with measurements. 3. Regularly clean rust from the sensor screws to keep the sensors free of dirt and interference, thus preventing changes in sensor resistance that could affect weighing accuracy. 4. Periodically check the positions of the corner-screw fasteners to ensure they remain within the normal operating range. 5. If the electronic weighbridge display fails, immediately disconnect the power supply. If the cause of the failure cannot be accurately determined, promptly notify our company’s professional engineers for inspection and repair. Users must not disassemble the enclosure at will, nor may they arbitrarily replace internal components.
