The P712 series beam-type electronic floor scales are specifically designed for weighing pallets of non-standard dimensions and for applications requiring frequent relocation. With no fixed limitations on the scale platform, the position of the beam can be freely adjusted to accommodate the width of the item being measured, typically within a capacity range of up to 2 tonnes.
Beam-type electronic truck scale | This floor scale features a carbon steel weighing platform and is equipped with alloy steel load cells. When paired with an optional weighing indicator, it can be used for accurate measurements.
Beam-type electronic truck scales are suitable for use in crop procurement, commodity purchasing, logistics and freight transportation, as well as a variety of complex weighing and measurement environments.

The beam-type electronic truck scale is specifically designed for weighing pallets of special dimensions and for applications requiring frequent relocation.
The scale body is made of carbon steel and equipped with alloy-steel load cells. When connected to the optional weighing indicator, the scale can be used for measurement.
Utilizes a combination of two independent weighing beams.
The surface is sandblasted and coated with acrylic baked paint, and it is equipped with four alloy steel load cells.
Standard equipped with casters and a portable handle. The scale is lightweight, easy to store, and space-saving. The built-in casters make it convenient to move.
Common Points of Attention
1. Maintain proper weighing practices during use. When weighing goods, try to place the load in the center of the truck-scale platform so that the four load cells are evenly loaded. Avoid frequently weighing from a single corner for convenience, as this can lead to uneven loading on the load cells and shorten the service life of the truck-scale.
2. During weighing, avoid overloading to ensure the platform scale remains undamaged and measurements remain accurate. Regularly clean debris around the load cells to prevent obstruction that could lead to inaccurate readings or erratic display updates.
3. Arc welding is prohibited on the weighbridge platform. If arc welding must be performed on the platform, the following precautions must be observed: disconnect the signal cable from the weighing indicator; ensure that the grounding lead for arc welding is positioned close to the weld area and makes firm contact with the weighbridge structure; under no circumstances shall the load cell be used as part of the arc-welding circuit.
4. Inductive loads, such as doorbells, shall not be connected to the same phase circuit as the truck scale.
5. During weighing, the scale should be placed on a level surface and kept free from contact with, collisions against, or vibrations caused by other objects to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Ensure all wiring connections are secure, and regularly check that the limit switch clearance is appropriate to guarantee normal operation.
