Abstract

Install miniature, high-precision weighing sensor modules at the support points of beams or uprights on critical shelving. These modules continuously transmit weight data from each storage location to the monitoring center via a wireless network. The system sets safety thresholds; when the load exceeds the threshold, it immediately triggers an alarm and locks the corresponding storage location, enabling intelligent, preventive management for warehouse safety.

Requirement: Real-time monitoring of the actual load weight at each storage location in an automated stereoscopic warehouse (AS/RS) to prevent safety incidents such as shelf deformation and collapse caused by overloading.
Challenges: The shelf structure is fixed and tall, making traditional weighing methods impractical; a long-term, stable, and maintenance-free online monitoring solution is required.
Product Purchase: Yajin Shelf Safety Monitoring Dedicated Weighing Module

Solution: Install miniature, high-precision weighing sensor modules at the beam or column support points of critical shelving units. These modules continuously transmit weight data from each storage location to the monitoring center via a wireless network. The system sets safety thresholds; when the load exceeds the threshold, it immediately triggers an alarm and locks the affected storage location, enabling intelligent, preventive management for warehouse safety.
