The Yazhen ACS series explosion-proof bench scales (table scales) for chemical and pharmaceutical applications are high-precision, low-capacity weighing instruments specifically designed for industrial environments such as chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food processing. The scale body features a stainless steel weighing pan and an all-carbon-steel frame, along with a high-definition large display and easy-to-read buttons, making it particularly suitable for use in explosive gas atmospheres and combustible dust environments. Explosion-proof electronic bench scales are also referred to as explosion-proof table scales.
1. The intrinsically safe battery pack of this intrinsically safe explosion-proof bench scale must be charged in a safe location and replaced every six months. Always use our company’s smart charger for charging; the typical charging time is 8–10 hours, after which the charger’s indicator light will change from red to green when the battery is fully charged.
2. The intrinsically safe battery pack being replaced must be a product with the same model number that has been approved for explosion-proof use; unauthorized replacement of the battery pack’s protective components is strictly prohibited.
3. When the intrinsically safe explosion-proof electronic bench scale is not used for an extended period, the battery pack should be removed and the batteries periodically charged and discharged.
4. The wiring connecting the intrinsically safe AC/DC explosion-proof power supply to the intrinsically safe balance shall, to the greatest extent possible, eliminate external electromagnetic interference and prevent mechanical damage.
5. Specially designed stainless steel sensors ensure seamless integration between the installed module and the scale body, providing strong resistance to lateral forces and minimizing damage to the scale caused by impacts.
