A portable axle weight scale is a measuring device that determines the weight of each axle (or axle group) of a vehicle individually and then calculates the total vehicle weight (gross weight) by summing these individual measurements. A dynamic axle weight scale is primarily used for measuring vehicles in motion.
The standard configuration consists of the weighing body (including two weighing plates
and a junction box, etc.) and the weighing indicator. The weighing platform is crafted from ultra-high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. Its outer surface features a high-quality military-grade aluminum oxide treatment that provides exceptional wear resistance and corrosion protection. After undergoing a series of rigorous impact tests and incorporating multiple sealing layers, the platform boasts a waterproof and corrosion-resistant design, ensuring reliable performance even in rainy conditions. It’s lightweight for easy portability, highly accurate, exhibits excellent repeatability, and has minimal lateral consistency errors. Equipped with a high-strength cable-protecting spring, it can easily withstand being run over by car wheels without damage. The ergonomic waist-shaped handle design ensures it will never be damaged. The cable signal connector is an imported component. The display instrument features powerful measurement and management capabilities. Weight data can be printed and recorded via the instrument’s standard interface connected to a printer. It can also be linked to a large-screen monitor for real-time display of weighing data, or connected to a computer to form a comprehensive weighing management system.

Product Precautions: Axle Weighing Scale Section
1. Usage instructions:
The weighing platform is ensured to be aligned on the same straight line. The left and right positions of the weighing platform are adjusted according to the width of the tires on the left and right sides of the weighed vehicle.
Before starting to weigh, press the touch button on the side of the weighing platform to turn on its power supply. Wait until the operation indicator light starts flashing continuously—only then will the weighing platform be ready for normal operation.
Vehicles weighing on the scale should maintain a steady speed of less than 5 kilometers per hour.
After all the axles of the weighed vehicle have passed over the weighing platform, press the “Save” key to print the current data.
Don't tap the keyboard hard—all the keys are soft-touch keys.
2. Operating environment:
Ensure a hard, smooth cement pavement.
Do not install the weighing instrument in locations with high voltage or strong electromagnetic interference, and do not use it in environments with intense electromagnetic interference or severe vibrations.
Avoid sudden temperature changes that could affect the sensing device.
3. Maintenance and Care:
If the weighing display shows low battery voltage, it should be charged promptly to prevent the low voltage from causing the micro-printer to fail to operate. If the device is not used for an extended period, a designated person should be assigned to charge it regularly to avoid shortening the battery’s lifespan.
When using in rainy weather, pay attention to waterproofing and avoid letting rainwater seep in, which could damage the display motherboard.
Regularly clean the dirt off the weighing platform, and when weighing, pay attention to any hard stones on the scale surface.
Do not strike the scale surface forcefully with hard objects.
Do not use flammable materials to clean the instrument. It is strictly prohibited to use strong solvents to clean the instrument.
If the monitor malfunctions and the user is unable to accurately determine the cause of the failure, they should immediately notify our company’s professional engineers. Do not disassemble the computer case at will, and especially do not replace internal components arbitrarily.
