The stainless steel forklift scale is a hydraulic, manually operated weighing device used in warehouses and workshops. It’s a weighing product that adds a specially designed, die-stamped weighing module and display to a standard forklift. This design facilitates simultaneous weighing and cargo handling, thereby improving operational efficiency.
Manufactured with precision using all-stainless steel materials and featuring an overall brushed surface finish, this product is designed to meet the demands of waterproof and corrosion-resistant applications. The vehicle body boasts a specially engineered stamping structure utilizing dedicated molds, and is equipped with four custom-made, stainless steel sensors that ensure seamless integration between the installed modules and the vehicle body. A waterproof junction box is paired with a stainless steel display unit. The design is robust, with a sleek and elegant appearance. The entire scale exhibits exceptional waterproof and corrosion-resistant performance.
The vehicle body lift range is 85mm to 200mm.
For different pallet specifications, you can choose between narrow forks with a fork width outer diameter of 56 cm and wide forks with a width of 68 cm.
The standard display unit supports both AC and DC power, comes with a rechargeable battery, and features basic functions such as weight display, zero-setting, tare function, and cumulative total. Depending on user application or management requirements, optional displays with printing capabilities and employee ID assignment can be selected.

Suitable for weighing goods on pallets in cleanrooms—such as those used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and bio-industries—that have requirements for water resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as in frequently mobile weighing environments. Product Usage Precautions: Forklift Scale Series
1. Usage instructions
(1) Overloading is strictly prohibited.
(2) Maintain good weighing practices when using the scale. During the weighing process, try to place the load in the center of the forklift so that the four sensors on the forklift are evenly loaded. Never place pallets or other goods at the front end of the forklift’s forks for weighing, as this can cause uneven loading on the sensors and shorten the service life of the forklift scale.
(3) During operation, do not allow rapid descent under heavy-load conditions to avoid damaging the hydraulic cylinder and the main weighing components.
(4) Under heavy-load conditions, when pushing a forklift scale, the hydraulic system must not be raised.
(5) Arc welding operations are prohibited on forklift scales, and sensors must never be used as part of the arc-welding circuit.
2. Operating Environment
(1) Although the forklift scale’s instrument has undergone treatments such as waterproofing, you still need to take precautions against exposure to direct sunlight and water during use. It is not recommended to leave it outdoors for extended periods.
(2) The front and rear casters are standardly made of polyurethane material and should be avoided from use on high-temperature surfaces to prevent damage.
(3) Non-special explosion-proof products should not be used in flammable or explosive environments. When using explosion-proof products in such environments, care should also be taken to avoid strong impacts, as impacts could spark and ignite flammable materials.
(4) When charging the forklift scale, keep it away from flammable and explosive environments.
3. Maintenance and Care
(1) When the forklift scale is not in use, do not place heavy objects on the scale platform.
(2) When using for the first time, fully discharge the pre-stored power before recharging. The first charge should last more than 12 hours.
(3) Before the weighing display’s battery runs out, it will issue a low-voltage warning. At this point, you should immediately recharge the battery to ensure its service life. During the first three charges, it is essential to fully charge the battery within 10 to 12 hours to ensure that the battery is completely activated. Subsequently, each subsequent charge only requires 4 to 6 hours. Battery damage can affect the normal operation of the forklift and the stability of the weighing display.
(4) Use a 220V AC power source when charging the instrument.
(5) If the hanging scale malfunctions, please promptly notify our company’s professional engineers for inspection and repair. Users must not disassemble the instrument casing at will, nor may they arbitrarily replace internal components.
