    The wireless electronic crane scale consists of two main parts: the scale body and the instrument.

    Among these features, the weighing body features an all-steel housing and is equipped with a high-precision resistive strain gauge sensor specifically designed for hanging scales (a patented product) as well as a highly reliable force-transmitting structure.

    The instrument section can directly display measurement results, offering intuitive and safe operation. With advanced features and a high degree of intelligence, this product is suitable for weighing measurements within the specified range. It is typically used in applications where safety requirements are particularly high or when visibility is limited beyond 20 meters. The wireless transmission distance ranges up to 200 meters.

    The standard instrument comes without a printer; users can optionally equip it with the CⅡ printing instrument as needed.

    The CⅡ printing instrument can store up to 2,900 sets of weighing data and display the accumulated values in real time.

    Product Usage Precautions: Hanging Scale Series

    1. Usage instructions:

    (1) Overloading is strictly prohibited.

    (2) When lifting heavy objects, you must lift and lower them vertically; dragging heavy objects across the weighing platform is strictly prohibited.

    (3) When using a crane scale, operators should maintain a safe distance from the suspended object to prevent accidental dropping of the object and potential injury to the human body.

    (4) Before using the crane scale, please check whether components such as screws, hooks, lifting rings, and cotter pins are loose, missing, deformed, or worn, to ensure safe operation. Also, establish a routine maintenance and inspection schedule.

    (5) Please use the dedicated charger provided by us. Improper use of the charger may result in overcharging the battery, shorten its lifespan, and even pose a safety hazard.

    (6) When adjusting the instrument handle, pull evenly on both sides while allowing it to rotate to a convenient angle.

    (7) For functions in the instrument that require entering a password before proceeding with subsequent operations, non-professional testing personnel are not permitted to attempt unauthorized access. Therefore, our company will not be liable for any adverse consequences that may arise from such unauthorized attempts.

    2. Operating environment:

    (1) Hanging scales are precision measuring instruments, not ordinary lifting or locking devices. Therefore, when not in use for measurement purposes, please store them properly in a cool, dry place.

    (2) Hanging scales should not be operated for extended periods in high-temperature environments. Even when high-temperature insulation devices are used, if there is a source of high temperature at the operating site, care should be taken to minimize the duration of exposure. As a general guideline, if the bottom surface of the scale’s housing feels cool to the touch (below 70℃), it will not adversely affect the hanging scale.

    (3) The weighing platform must be carefully protected against severe impacts and immersion in rainwater. Special attention should be paid to preventing the weighing platform from falling off its hook, which could lead to damage to the platform itself or even cause personal injury.

    3. Maintenance and upkeep:

    (1) The hanging scale is battery-powered. During use, avoid operating it at excessively low voltage, as this will shorten the battery’s lifespan. In principle, please make every effort to prevent this from happening. If the scale body remains idle for more than two hours, remove the battery from the scale body. If the instrument remains idle for over a week, turn off its power switch. When storing the scale and not using it for an extended period—more than one month—be sure to recharge both the scale’s battery and the instrument’s battery once a month.

    (2) To extend battery life, it’s best to turn off the meter’s backlight when using it during the day.

    (3) The use of strong solvents (such as benzene or nitro-based oils) to clean hanging scales is strictly prohibited. When cleaning, use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water, then apply a small amount of neutral detergent (such as soap). After cleaning, carefully dry the hanging scale thoroughly with a dry, lint-free soft cloth. This will help prevent corrosion and damage to the scale and ensure its safety.
