The Yazhen OCS-KS-A direct-view electronic hook scale features an all-metal housing that offers anti-static and rust-resistant properties. The product can be wirelessly connected to our company’s large-screen, handheld, and portable instruments by adding a low-power wireless data transmission module, enabling the direct-view hook scale’s weighing values to be transmitted and displayed on these devices. Specifically, the handheld and portable instruments can also perform zeroing or tare operations on the OCS-KS-A direct-view electronic hook scale, while the portable instrument can print out the weighing data.

Instructions for Use
1. This product uses a maintenance-free, rechargeable battery (6V 4AH) and a dedicated DC 6V/1AH charger. When the battery level is critically low, the hanging scale will automatically shut down to protect the battery. At this point, you must immediately and promptly recharge the battery for at least 5 hours until the charger’s indicator light turns green.
2. If the display of the electronic hook scale shows a flashing weight reading, it indicates that the battery is low and should be charged promptly. Although the scale can still be used for several more hours under these circumstances, doing so will negatively affect the battery’s lifespan (i.e., the cumulative effective operating time).
3. Regular charging can extend the battery’s lifespan. It is recommended to charge the battery at least once a week; even if the device is not used for an extended period, make sure to charge it at least once a month. Always use the charger according to its specifications to avoid damage. Additionally, turning off the scale’s power supply during charging can help shorten the charging time.
4. If the device still fails to display properly after charging, the battery is likely defective; we recommend replacing the battery.
5. It is strictly prohibited to overload the hanging capacity of items. Please perform regular routine maintenance and inspections frequently to ensure safe usage. The basic inspection items are as follows:
a. Are fasteners such as screws, nuts, cotter pins, and retaining clips loose or missing?
b. Are the hooks, eyelets, and other parts deformed or worn?
c. Are there any cracks or signs of metal fatigue in the parts?

6. Before and after maintenance, technical personnel shall explain all work to the user as clearly as possible until the user fully understands and approves.
7. After the system installation and commissioning are completed or after major repairs have been carried out, submit a complete diagnostic report to the user, establish a user profile, and solicit user feedback.
