The single-layer stainless steel floor scale is constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel. It undergoes polishing and hairline brushing for a refined appearance, with exceptional water resistance and corrosion protection. It is configured with a combination of four high-precision stainless steel sensors.

Product Usage Precautions: Weighing Scales/Platform Scales Section
I. Usage and Operation
1. Maintain proper weighing practices during use. When weighing goods, try to place the load in the center of the electronic truck scale so that the four sensors are evenly loaded. Avoid frequently weighing from a single corner for convenience, as this can lead to uneven sensor loading and shorten the service life of the electronic truck scale.
2. During weighing, avoid overloading to ensure the platform scale remains undamaged and measurements are accurate. Regularly clean debris from around the load cells to prevent them from being obstructed, which could lead to inaccurate readings or erratic display fluctuations.
3. Arc welding is prohibited on the weighing platform. If arc welding must be performed on the weighing platform, please note the following: disconnect the signal cable from the weight display controller; the grounding lead for arc welding must be routed close to the weld area and securely connected to the scale structure; under no circumstances shall the load cells be used as part of the arc-welding circuit.
4. Inductive loads, such as doorbells, shall not be connected to the same phase line as the electronic truck scale.
5. During weighing, the scale platform must be placed on a level surface, and contact with, impact from, or vibration caused by other objects should be avoided to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Ensure all wiring connections are secure, and regularly check that the limit switch clearance is appropriate to guarantee normal operation.
II. Operating Environment
1. Pay attention to humidity and dust in the operating environment. It is not recommended to expose electronic truck scales to outdoor conditions for extended periods, especially to rain; ensure the operating environment remains dry; and avoid placing the scale near heat sources during use.
2. Given that many applications are subject to pest and rodent threats, the signal cables of electronic platform scales are exposed in certain areas; therefore, strict measures must be taken to prevent damage caused by pests and rodents.
3. In areas with frequent lightning activity or during the thunderstorm season, reliable surge arresters or other effective lightning protection measures must be installed. Sensors and instruments are electrostatic-sensitive devices; therefore, effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection measures must be implemented during operation.
III. Maintenance and Upkeep
1. When the weighing display controller is not used for an extended period (e.g., more than one month), it should be powered on periodically in accordance with the ambient conditions to prevent moisture or exposure to other corrosive gases from compromising its reliability. 2. Avoid contact with corrosive substances to prolong service life. For non-waterproof platform scales, ensure that water does not enter the load cells, junction boxes, or other components, as such ingress can cause damage or impair measurement accuracy. 3. Regularly remove rust from the sensor mounting screws to keep the sensor surface clean and free of obstructions, thereby preventing changes in the sensor’s resistance that could affect weighing performance. 4. Periodically inspect the positions of the corner mounting bolts to verify that they remain within their normal operating range. 5. If the electronic weighbridge display malfunctions, immediately disconnect the power supply. If the cause of the fault cannot be accurately determined, notify our company’s qualified engineers for inspection and troubleshooting; users must not disassemble the instrument casing at will, nor replace internal components without authorization.
